Standard Sample Policy for Special Markets Sample requests must be in writing. You can submit requests via our online form by faxing orders to 440-632-1581, attn Special Markets Customer Service. If by fax, please include item number, description, quantity and your purchase cost.
Sample cost is the Net Brand or Blank distributor cost.
Credit Card and freight account with order and all special shipping instructions.
Lead Time – 3-6 Business days. Order approval – This is the point where an order has been credit approved / engineering approved and all artwork has been fully approved. Lead time is calculated at the point in which an order is fully approved.
